A vintage postcard of Carisbrooke Castle and the prison window where King Charles 1st was held captive during 1647 and 1648 during the English Civil War. He made two famous failed attempts to escape from the prison window. 

Ideal for collectors of English memorabilia or historic royal memorabilia.
